Are you ready to align your personal ambition with civic responsibility?
Join the Mission Generation and build the blueprint for meaningful work.

The Mission Generation is the compass for those navigating a new world where the old career scripts have collapsed. The institutions we know—public, academic, and corporate—are fracturing under the weight of converging crises: AI disruption, ecological collapse, political polarization, and geopolitical conflict. These are not isolated shocks. These are tectonic shifts that are reshaping the very definition of work.
Whether you’re a first-time job seeker, midlife pivoter, or a legacy-minded leader, you might be struggling with big questions about your job, your purpose, and your future. Career advice used to hinge on picking a career and sticking with it, but the average person today will have four to six careers in their lifetime—not jobs, careers! While we no longer have the luxury of career stability, we can use that to our advantage and chart a career path where we do not have to choose between work that is solely lucrative, impactful, rewarding, or worthwhile.
The Mission Generation
introduces a new framework for career planning that is not defined by your age. Whether Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, or Gen Z, the “Mission Generation” is united by its refusal to accept broken systems. You can become a changemaker and builder, confronting the barriers that block purposeful work and restoring meaning where institutions have failed. But to navigate this new map, you need the navigational resources that create stability while you pursue your mission. You need
The Mission Generation.
